How to use:
- Look into both ends of the spacer for any objects.
- Remove cap from inhaler (MDI) canister
- Shake the inhaler well and insert it into spacer.
- place mask firmly over mouth. Press Inhaler (MDI) and immediately take a slow deep breath. Hold breath for about 5-10 seconds or as long as comfortable.
- Breath out slowly.
How to clean:
- Remove the back end. Don’t remove valve during cleaning.
- Soak both parts for 15 minutes in lukewarm water and liquid dish detergent. Agitate gently.
- Rinse in clean water.
- Shake out excess water. Don’t rub dry.
- Let air dry in vertical position.
- Replace back piece once the unit is completely dry and ready to use.
Useful Tips:
- Clean unite once a week or as needed.
- Store in room temperature.
- Single patient use.
- Rinse mouth out with water and spit out after every use.
- Keep spacer in a clean and dry container.
